Need for Speed SHIFT Pushes Authentic Racing Genre to the Next Level .
REDWOOD CITY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE) Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:ERTS) announced today that Need for Speed™ SHIFT, the all new authentic racing game in the Need for Speed series, will hit stores in Europe on September 17 and North America on September 22, 2009.
The Need For Speed Shift creates a true driver’s experience as the game is featuring some of the workds most ionic racing tracks.Race tracks like Laguna Seca in California which is one of the most technical race tracks in the world.This is the excat clone of the real race track Laguna Seca This track is 3.6km long with some fast tracks along with 11 challenging corners including a 190 degree left hand hairpin.
The game also features some of the top high-perfomance cars including Pagani Zonda,Lotus Elise and Porsche 911 GT2.Performance upgrades in SHIFT is divided into stage three stages namely I, II and III with performance upgrades, aerodynamics upgrades and various race parts.
