Pulsar series of bikes are the address of Bajaj in motor cycle industry . It was Pulsar which made them to compete with Hero Honda and other manufactures in Indian automobile market to obtain reasonable market share . So Bajaj is always keen in updating Pulsar with latest available technologies .This time they have updated performance bike Pulsar 180 CC with design and other elements from top models like Pulsar 220 and pulsar 200 . The maximum power of Pulsar 180 CC was then upgraded to 8500 rpm 16.5 ps to 17.02 ps with out change in rpm. Pulsar 180 cc 2009 now more looks like Pulsar 200 model ,and this improved the muscular appearance of the bike to a great extend . Steering assembly and clip on handle bar was taken from Pulsar 200 cc . To improve then balance , Bajaj adapted 37 mm assembly from pulsar 220 as front suspension in Pulsar 180 CC 2009 . But the silver color lines below pipes in 220 was reformed to black color in pulsar 180 .
Swing arm from Avenger 200 has been added along with o ring chain from pulsar 200 . these improvements increase the size of the bike from 143 kg to 147nkg . Wheel base also seen an increase of 25 mm . Seats are now splitted into two . Grab rails in the back are adapted from Pulsar 220 and 200 models . Kick start has been removed from Pulsar 180 CC to include only battery supported electric start , There is no much change in body panel . But as you can see , the tank extension from Pulsar 200 has made impact on the design of new pulsar 180 .
The pulsar monogram is more visible than that in 220 and 200 models . New improvements are reflected in the price of new Pulsar 220 CC .Ex showroom price of Pulsar 180 CC2009 D in Delhi is 63547 Bajaj also releases a new version of Pulsar 150 CC with slight modification in design . New pulsar 150 cc 2009 will have black paint on engine and alloy wheels along with the tank extensions adapted from Pulsar 200 model .
Bajaj is about to launch Discover DTSi 100 cc this July .
Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc is very good instead of 180-200 or 220 cc – Average is very good 150 cc. Pick up of 2009 150 cc bike is very good.

in my opinion bajaj pulsar is a king of all two wheelers and watch how hero honda goies down in fiture it’s my challange to all hero honda customer that ,they only knows to make middle class bike not young generation so EAST OR WEST BAJAJ IS THE BEST ALWAYS…
T.V.S is a bullshit company i really really dont like da company bcoz,after bike purchasing good service is must,wese bhi dosto pulser ka jawab nahi,it’s really smooth and long wheal distance is really good for wheely lover, and i am sure pulser never disappoint u…..

pulsar is the good bike but its not the long lasting bike.my frnd having a 180cc bajaj pulsar but its not goes more than 117kph.i have hero honda extrem its goes 131kph.see its jst a 150cc bike so the my suggestion is this go with hero honda.

I like the Bajaj Pulsar 180CC 2009 model, because its external appearance is very good and its pick up is very fast and I suggestion to the Bajaj motors is to keep the disc brake in rear wheel also in Bajaj Pulsar(150, 180).
